Hours: 37.5 hour week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Location: Lomond Court, Castle Business Park

Start date: ASAP

The role (in a nutshell)

Telephone support for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals. To be the first point of contact for receiving and dealing with a variety of calls and enquiries. Vivisol has a comprehensive induction program which covers training on the relevant job aspects including patient support and business systems.

Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility:

  • Deal with all enquiries from patients/carers in an empathetic and effective manner within company agreed timescales
  • Process replenishment orders from patients and attempt to solve queries over the telephone
  • Ensure that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards
  • Liaise closely with other departments by e-mail and telephone, giving accurate information at all times
  • To work to organisational and departmental targets as specified
  • To work with the senior team members on process improvements and projects
  • Provide support to other areas of the Customer Service department when required

Education, Qualifications and expertise required:

  • Will require an Enhanced DBS as part of the probation process
  • This role is provided will full training (4 weeks induction)
